If you’ve read the previous book of the Maggie Jamieson series then you’ll know why I was so excited this book arrived safely on my doorstep and was devoured quickly. Noelle has career experience when it comes to the darkness that infiltrates society, she uses aspects of that lived danger to weave a book-hand cramp gripping novel that will have you feasting greedily upon the intense snappy chapters. We all love Maggie, how can you not? With every series slice, we begin to unwrap another layer of our protagonist, one that makes us fall in love with her loyalty, passion and drive. In this pulse racing crime fiction novel, we will be drawn into a world where the shadows lurk, with an antagonist which will give you goosebumps and the idea of them will have you double checking the lock on your doors and windows. I am a self-confessed true crime addict, I yearn for the days we can travel again so I can binge listen 4 hours of Red Handed, but the evil in these pages will have your skin crawling and your curtains quickly closed shut!

Dead Perfect is an adrenaline inducing, suspense filled and sinister tale with a chillingly deviant core. One that will have you holding your breath as the plotline pacingly unravels in such a cleverly crafted way. Noelle’s writing gets stronger and stronger with every book, I feel like she pushes boundaries and successfully pulls it off. She is becoming one of the big names in crime fiction and my golly she deserves to be up there with the best of them. I really can’t wait for the next book in this powerhouse of a series!
